1、Measuring the attitude of Construction Machinery Body. 

In the application of pipe jacking tunneling machine, our SST100/200 are widely used to measuring theattitude of pipe jacking machine body, and it has been successfully bulk supply.

The SST100/200 typical characteristic:

  • Good durable, strong ability for Anti electromagnetic interference.

2、Monitoring the attitude of Guidance System.

In the Guidance System of tunnel construction equipment, our SST400/SST2203 tilt sensors are successfully use in Laser target (2D, 3D) of Guidance System. It better help to achieve more high accuracy guidance control.  

The typical characteristic of SST300/400 tilt sensor are:

  • High precision and high stability.
  • Accuracy: ±0.0028°, OR more high measurement accuracy ≤0.0005°.

3、Measuring Heading.

During the tunnel construction, measuring the heading attitude is the key factors for driving. 2D/3D Laser target is the optimal measurement equipment.

2) The Measurement accuracy for displacement is 1mm.

3) The Measurement accuracy for heading is 1mm/m.

4、Monitoring the deformation and inner wall lining segment of tunnel.

During tunnel construction driving, it necessary to monitor the movement of every piece segments after finishing the  

pipe installed (like monitoring slope , monitoring subsidence ). So that to confirm the safety and quality of construction.

The typical characteristic of SST Series tilt sensors as follows:

5、Monitoring the detection for tunnel surrounding building.   

     During tunnel construction driving and construction are completed. The soil horizontal displacement will pose the threat to  

     tunnel and the nearby building. SST2200 Series Stationary inclinometer or Sliding inclinometer can better to measure the    

     Vertical or horizontal displacement caused by around tunnel structural deformation, Surface lateral displacement,

     Uneven subsidence of surface, etc. It can identify small changes in 0.01mm/m.
